The Business Course! I took part in this course because I was interested and wanted to learn about more business. In this course I learnt about the structure and principles of business as well as how to manage a business environment. The course was well worth it!

Here is my experience with the Customer Service course run by Croydon SAM: For the duration of the course, I was taught a lot about business and how to deal with different types of customers and their needs.
